With our most popular services being short hair and long hair deshed's, for those wanting to preserve their cats coat and prevent mats and the need for shaving. Deshedding dramatically cuts down on shed hair around the house, avoids issues with furballs, assists home occupants and visitors with allergies problems.
We also offer Lion Clips and Comb Clips, which further reduce shedding and problems associated with long coats. These styles are well suited to our tropical temperatures, and result in minimal to zero at home maintenance between grooming appointments.
All services include a warm bath and blowdry to ensure your cats skin and coat is clean, free from shed hair and dander as well as removing built up oils. It is the combination of these issues that are the cause for matting and skin irritations, and by removing these symptoms, problematic issues are resolved.

Your cat’s groomer, Nicole, has been in the Pet Grooming Industry since 2016. Her grooming career began with canine clients, and expanding to offer skilled feline grooming to her repertoire of services in 2022.
The Kitty Concierge was created out of the growth and necessity for specalised cat grooming services in the Douglas Shire, and being sought after from feline pet parents extending as far as the Cairns region and surrounds, requiring the highest level of service for the pets. Established specifically for feline clients, where the focus is soley on the cats, and a precinct to honour these truly majestic creatures, like they so rightly deserve.
It has always been incredibly important through Nicole’s grooming career to invest in professional training, to provide the highest level of quality and service to clients. She completed her training through the National Cat Groomer Institute, which holds the world wide standards in regards to safety, handling and quality of cat grooming practices. And completed personalised private instruction in Brisbane, with Certified Master Groomer Sarah Warner, who is one of Australia's most sought after feline grooming trainers. Nicole continues to develop her knowledge and skills by attending seminars, workshops and courses held by the Country’s highest-recognised groomers and training associations.
